Caprese buns

Ingredients
- 6 sandwich buns
- 2 mozzarellas (200-250g)
- 1-2 ripe tomatoes
- Basil leaves or pesto genovese (green pesto)
- Olive oil (optional)
- Balsamic vinegar (optional)
- Butter (optional)
- Salt, pepper
Cooking Instructions
- 1.Cut the buns in half.
- 2.Drain mozzarella and cut into ½ cm thick slices. Cut tomato into slices.
- 3.Butter the buns. Arrange mozzarella slices on one half of the bun.
- 4.Add basil leaves (or green pesto) and drizzle with some olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- 5.Add tomato slices. Season to taste and close the buns.
