Spinach smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 50-70g baby spinach (ready to eat)
  • ¼ apple, peeled
  • 1 cup milk (almond, oat or any other milk of your choice)
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup (or other sweetener, e.g. vanilla sugar)
  • 1-2 tbsp coconut milk (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  • 1.Add all ingredient into a blender and blend until very smooth.

  • 2.Pour first ½ - ¾ cup milk and adjust the consistency by adding additional milk.
