Spinach smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 50-70g baby spinach (ready to eat)
- ¼ apple, peeled
- 1 cup milk (almond, oat or any other milk of your choice)
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup (or other sweetener, e.g. vanilla sugar)
- 1-2 tbsp coconut milk (optional)
Cooking Instructions
- 1.Add all ingredient into a blender and blend until very smooth.
- 2.Pour first ½ - ¾ cup milk and adjust the consistency by adding additional milk.
