Strawberry sauce

Ingredients
- 350-450g strawberries (fresh or frozen), hulled and cut in half if fresh
- 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2-3 tbsp sugar
Cooking Instructions
- 1.Place strawberries into a medium saucepan.
- 2.Bring it to boil on the medium heat.
- 3.Halve and mash the strawberries a little bit.
- 4.Add a sugar and lemon juice.
- 5.After 15 minutes, the sauce will begin to thicken.
- 6.Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the strawberry sauce cool.
- 7.Put the sauce into a jar and refrigerate it.
