Strawberry sauce

Ingredients

  • 350-450g strawberries (fresh or frozen), hulled and cut in half if fresh
  • 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar

Cooking Instructions

  • 1.Place strawberries into a medium saucepan.

  • 2.Bring it to boil on the medium heat.

  • 3.Halve and mash the strawberries a little bit.

  • 4.Add a sugar and lemon juice.

  • 5.After 15 minutes, the sauce will begin to thicken.

  • 6.Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the strawberry sauce cool.

  • 7.Put the sauce into a jar and refrigerate it.
